Board Certified Podiatrist

Dr. Pierre is a Board Certified Podiatrist. She currently holds a license to practice Podiatry in New York and Florida. She has a unique situation in which her twin sister, Dr. Nedjie Pierre is also a NY licensed Podiatrist. Together they share experiences and work towards the overall best practices in Podiatry. With 12 Years of experience working in an urban setting Dr Pierre, has cultivated an expertise in Diabetic Footcare. She understands this and has a great appreciation of how extensive the integration of allopathic medicine in the field of Podiatry has become. Dr Pierre works hand in hand with Internists, Cardiologists and Vascular Specialists to help her patients attain the greatest level of functionality. She also has an on-site orthotist to fit her patients with custom orthotics. As Dr Pierre says, “This is essential because a written prescription doesn’t take into consideration all of the variability’s that exist individually”. Dr. Pierre attempts to handle most conditions in the office setting. However, on occasion she and her sister will perform hammer toe and bunion surgeries in the ambulatory surgical setting for optimal results. Dr. Pierre treats patients of all ages and all conditions relating to the foot. She is a compassionate and dedicated Podiatrist who devotes her time and talents to the field of Podiatry on a daily basis in the NYC metro area.
