Dr St Hill received her medical degree in 1987 and received her Diplomate in Physical Medicine in 1994 from Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC. Over the years Dr St Hill has enjoyed the pursuit of non-surgical care for her patients. She works on both spinal injuries and sports injuries. In all cases she utilizes all possible therapeutic interventions to return her patients to full functioning as soon as possible. She believes in conservative care and only gets more aggressive if those treatments fail to work. She will utilize rehabilitation and physical therapy with an emphasis on stabilizing exercises to get the most rapid and thorough recovery.  Should the need arise she also can administer neuro-diagnostic testing, intra-articular injections, epidural and nerve root injections as well as many other ambulatory techniques.
